These are the markings from the Turkish Mauser C96 The Left image is where the Mauser Banner would normally be it contains a Crest an the Number 1314 in FARSI all the numbering on the Elevated sight are in farsi. 
(VARY RARE) Please Note that the term FARSI for these numerals comes from The Bureau of Alcohol,Tobacco and Firearms reference for this model. 
  Farsi Numerals are read LEFT TO RIGHT The number 1 and 9 are the same in both numbering systems. The Numbers 2 and 3 in Farsi LOOK VERY SIMILAR
