Also note the proof marks of the Eibar proof house on the frame above the trigger. mmediately above these proofs is the late Spanish Army property mark.

Right side of the same Star Model Super. Note the model designation on the slide, and the military property marking ("E.T. 6841") on the frame. The lever immediately above the trigger is the take down lever, and it is this simplified disassembly method that makes the pistol a "Super".
